UNDERTAKING AGREEMENT

I/We, the undersigned Parent/Guardian, confirm that I/we have requested home tuition services through Beyond Learners Private Limited, which facilitates academic guidance by connecting students with suitable tutors. The Institute makes reasonable efforts to assign qualified tutors to impart education and does not encourage or support any form of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or unlawful activity by any person during the course of tuition.

I/We understand that home tuition is conducted at the residence or premises chosen by the Parent/Guardian, which remains beyond the direct supervision and physical control of the Institute. Therefore, the presence and guidance of a responsible family member is important to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable learning environment for both the student and the tutor.

While the Institute follows due care in engaging tutors and maintaining professional standards, continuous monitoring of conduct at private premises may not always be possible. Accordingly, I/we agree that the Institute shall not be held responsible for any personal act, misunderstanding, or incident occurring at such premises during home tuition, except where such responsibility arises due to proven negligence on the part of the Institute, as may be determined in accordance with law by a competent court of jurisdiction.

I/We further confirm that any concern, if any, shall be promptly informed to the Institute, and by continuing with the home tuition service, I/we acknowledge that the above terms have been read, understood, and accepted in good faith for ensuring a proper academic environment for all concerned.
